Repair PolicyWelding Services In the unlikely event that your Soldaire permanent jewelry falls off at the weld site, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. For the first occurrence, we offer a complimentary welding service to reattach the jewelry within 7 days of your purchase. To avail of this service, customers must present their Soldaire receipt as proof of purchase. For subsequent occurrences, a nominal fee of $10 per welding occurrence will apply. Please note that the customer is responsible for visiting one of our pop-up sites to receive this service, as we do not offer in-home visits, meet-ups, or special accommodations. Out-of-State Customers We understand that situations may arise where an out-of-state customer requires assistance with re-welding their jewelry. In such cases, we will gladly cover the cost of re-welding with another reputable permanent jeweler of our choosing. Please contact our customer support team, and we will guide you through the process and provide further instructions for the re-welding procedure. Lost Jewelry If you have unfortunately lost a piece of your Soldaire jewelry, we understand how disheartening it can be.
